Linux Power

Today I have yet another exemple on how easy it would be if Linux was more deployed on the IT world. Spent the whole day debuging an application that trully would not work as it suppose to, and in the end after several tweaks on the security system, the rights would not be applied. I like some OS'es and Novell is one of them. Sad to see many shops leaving this environment to use windows. Despite ADS and the GPO's, the NDS tree is still unbeatable. I wonder if the "New Novell" will show all it's power with Linux workstations, the NDS tree and OpenExchange.

Accept no substitutes

Some of you might ask what do I mean using this phrase after putting cars as my interest. Well... one word comes to mind... PORSCHE. You can't immagine how sweet is to have one, even an old model, and how funit is to drive one. Some might think that is an expensive car to maintain, depends of course, but the fun to work on one is so rewarding.
Of course, this ramblings about cars would not be complete if I don't mention "The Place" to get some serious info about those cars.... www.rennlist.com. This site has everything you want to know about Porsches, by enthusiast of the maker, and that could not exist without the work of one man John Dunkle.

Hey a new blogger on the block

Well after a lot of thinking, I decide to set my blog on the net. Maybe it will be better to maintain than a web page. Some on the opinions and other stuff that I'll put on the net will have a special view from the place I live and folks around me. Hope you guys enjoy it.
